Corbett vs. Dempsey is pleased to present Rebecca Morris • Drawings, an in-depth look at Morris' works on paper with particular attention to the place they occupy in her practice. This online exhibition features a selection of fifteen artworks (water-based, mixed media on paper), studio photographs, installation shots, and an interview with the artist exploring her motives, methods, and the symbiotic relationship between her drawings and her canvases.

Rebecca Morris • Drawings debuts CvsD's new online exhibition series called The Big Dig. Born of nerdy fascination, each edition of The Big Dig will descend into the rabbit-hole of a tight curatorial concept, excavating a body of work, a thematic idea or a particular medium, a new development or a historical moment. Exclusive images, interviews and essays provide works the kind of rich sense of context that ethnographers refer to as "thick description."
